This workshop will introduce you to the wonderful world of wild fermentation! If you have never tried it before, you will be surprised how easy it is to make these nutritious treats in your own kitchen if you have the right ingredients and a few simple tools. Bev will demonstrate how to make two popular superfoods that are loaded with natural probiotics: pickles and sauerkraut. Samples will be available for you to taste.
With this knowledge you will be able to try your own creative recipes and preserve the seasons' delicious produce for the year to come!
