Sacred Sage Smudge Stick Workshop and Ceremony

This workshop will begin with a simple ceremony in the tipi followed by a short discussion on sacred plants and some of their traditional uses in ceremony.

We will then go for a walk outside to connect with Sage and each wildcraft enough Sage for creating a personal ceremonial smudge stick as well as a personal herbal burning incense blend.

Once we have gathered what we need, we will return to the tipi to create our smudge sticks and herbal smudge blend. Additional dried herbs will also be provided for you to choose from to add to your blend.

All materials are included. You will go home with one smudge stick and approximately 8 ounces of blended herbal smudge.

COST: $25 per person or 2 for $45

Registration is required. 

WHAT TO BRING:

-Please dress weather appropriate. Closed shoes and long pants are recommended for the wildcrafting portion since we may be off trail.

-Mosquitoes may be abundant out in the field in the evening. Please be prepared. Since we are a chemical free property we prefer for you to use natural repellent if possible. We also will have some available here for your use. Long sleeves and pant legs are your best protection. The fire in the tipi usually keeps it mosquito free.
